As a physician, we understand you have many choices when it comes
to selecting the best therapeutic care for your patients. Richmond
Physical Therapy/Ashland Physical Therapy has an experienced
caring staff that will work hard to ensure your patient's experiences
with us empower them with the knowledge necessary to prevent injury,
restore and maintain function, and improve quality of life.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
All new patients will be offered a first appointment within two working
days of contacting our offices. Emergency appointment made upon a
physician's request will be honored.

RESEARCH BASED
At Richmond Physical Therapy/Ashland Physical Therapy, our
therapists strive to be knowledgeable about the latest rehabilitative
techniques. Our staff is proactive in taking continuing education
courses, reviewing scientific journals, and applying their clinical
expertise to provide each patient with individualized care.
PARTNERSHIP/COMMUNICATION
We believe it is vitally important to keep you informed to ensure an interdisciplinary approach to the patient's
care. Our therapists strive to frequently communicate with you regarding our evaluation findings, treatment
plans for the patient, and the patient's progress. After each initial evaluation, our therapists will send your office
a letter stating our evaluation findings and treatment plan. A letter will also be sent to you at each of the
patient's follow-up appointments with you.

EASY REFERRAL PROCESS
Our front desk is ready and willing to help you get your patient's started right away. Simply call and speak with
one of our receptionists and then simply fax over the prescription. Our staff will work with you and the insurance
carrier to obtain any required authorization.
