Rick Herod, PT
Rick graduated from Hampden-Sydney College and received his Physical Therapy
Degree from the Medical College of Virginia at VCU. For the past 30 years, he has
been practicing physical therapy in the Richmond Area starting at St. Mary's
hospital but in private practice for the majority of that time. He specializes in
Orthopedic and Sports Medicine with a particular interest in joint replacement. Rick
serves as the Physical Therapist for St. Christopher's School. Rick enjoys doing
yard work, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family in his spare time.

Robin Eldridge, MS, ATC
Robin received her bachelor's degree in Health Sciences/Athletic Training from
James Madison University in 1991 and her master's degree in Exercise Physiology
from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1993. Upon completing her
education, Robin obtained certification as an athletic trainer through the National
Athletic Trainer's Association. She is also a certified Health Fitness Instructor with
the American College of Sports Medicine.  Robin has been Head Athletic Trainer at
St. Christopher's School for the past 14 years. She also served as an athletic
trainer for the boys and girls State Olympic Soccer Program and traveled with two  
teams to Denmark and Sweden in 2005. Aside from her full time job, Robin
Jason Engle, MS, ATC
Jason graduated with his bachelors degree in athletic training from East
Stroudsburg University in 2005.  He continued his education at Indiana State
University where he completed his masters degree in 2006.  He has been
employed with Richmond Physical Therapy since 2006.  He is contracted to
Collegiate School where he serves as their athletic trainer.  He covers games and
practices at their Robins Athletics Complex in Goochland County.  In his free time
he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and running.

volunteered as an athletic trainer at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia and continues to be
active with the Virginia Special Olympics.

In her spare time, Robin enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kim Link, DPT
Kim graduated from Virginia Tech with her bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition,
Foods, and Exercise (concentration in Nutrition, Foods and Exercise) and received
her doctorate in physical therapy from MCV at VCU.  She specializes in orthopedic
and sports injuries and is currently working on getting her OCS.  In her spare time
she enjoys runnings and spending time with her family and friends.

Matthew Pulisic, DPT, MS, OCS
Matt is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Biology and a
1990 graduate of the School of Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Virginia
at VCU.  In 2002 he received his Master's Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
and in 2010 received his Doctorate also from the Medical College of Virginia. He
achieved Board of Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the American
Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 1996. He has conducted research
publishing two articles: "Risk Factors for Plantar Fasciitis -"A Matched
Case-Control Study" in the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, May 2003 and "
Impact of Demographic and Impairment - Related Variables on Disability Associated
with Plantar Fasciitis" in Foot and Ankle International, May 2004. Matt specializes in rehabilitation of all
orthopedic and sports related injuries with a special interest in the upper and lower extremity biomechanics and
orthotic fabrication. He is a clinical assistant professor at the MCV School of Physical Therapy and is the team
physical therapist for Randolph-Macon College.

Matt enjoys his free time with his family, coaching soccer, and baseball, and competitive cycling.

Aaron Perkins, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Aaron graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in biology and a
minor in psychology and earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy from
the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. He then
became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National
Strength and Conditioning Association in 2005. He then earned his Board
Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the American Board of
Physical Therapy Specialties. He specializes in Orthopedic and Sports injuries
with a particular interest in spine disorders. He also has an emphasis in
treating patients with vestibular/balance disorders.
Angela Dauch, DPT
Angela graduated from Radford University in 2005 with a degree in Sports
Medicine where she played field hockey. She then received her Doctorate of
Physical Therapy from the VCU/MCV School of Physical Therapy in May of '09.
She compiled research on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and wrote a case report
on the evaluation and treatment of this disorder. Angela will be treating
patients with all orthopedic disorders and sports injuries. When not treating
patients, Angela enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two hound
dogs.
