Mary Beth Blend

Mary Beth is a graduate of The College of William and Mary, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1989. She worked several years as a paralegal and later decided to pursue a degree in physical therapy. She earned her MS, PT in 1999 from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado, where she treated sports injuries as well as neurological conditions and received Certification in Pilates for Rehabilitation. In 2013, she achieved Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. In 2014, she became certified in dry needling. Mary Beth has an interest in treating spine conditions and scoliosis. She recently became certified in the Schroth Method for scoliosis, a highly researched non-surgical approach to treating scoliosis in adolescents and adults. In her free time, Mary Beth enjoys training for marathons, with her husband, yoga, and Pilates.
